DJM Error E3809: Access Link Error

Needing some assistance. I have two issues I am needing assistance with. I am using Rekordbox 3.2.1 on Applemac BP with Yosemite. I have CDJ2000Nexus (Version 1.23). The first issue I have is, just recently have been unable to DJ Link Pro with my CDJ's from Rekordbox. It is coming up with an error code of "E-3809 Access Link Error". This error code is not in the manual. I have uninstalled it and have tried connecting but get the same issue. The second issue I have is that the backup I created, will not load. It gets to about 47% and then states that restore failed. No error message is being displayed.

@Daniel > Are you able to link the two players directly with each-other? Are you able to link one single player to the computer? Have you disabled your firewall?

** Try reading through this post** and see if any of the tips there help you with the connectivity issues, if not, please post the questions asked at the bottom.

Regarding the restoration of the backup, I'm not sure why it fails - it could be the file is damaged? If you want to post it as an attachment here (if it's not too large for the system), please do so I can pass it to the engineers for inspection.

CONECTO DOS CDJ 2000 NXS2  CON CABLE LINK Y AL COLCAR PENDRIVE O CUALQUIER UNIDAD..LA CDJ REPRODUCE EXCELENTE ....PERO LA OTRA MAQUINA (LINKEADA) TIENE PROBLEMAS DE LECTURA....LO MISMO SUCEDE SI LO HAGO AL REVEZ.......CAMBIE CABLES Y NADA......ACTUALIZE LAS CDJ A LA ULTIMA VERSION Y NADA ....AYUDA
