XDJ-RX Hot Cue Intermittently Plays Track from Current Location

Hey Pioneer,

Intermittently on the XDJ-RX, when I hit the "Hot Cue A" button, the track just continues playing from the current location, and does not play from the Hot Cue A location. The problem occurs intermittently, basically the hot cue is acting like the play/pause button. When this happens, if the hit Hot Cue A a second time it work as it should and starts play back from Hot Cue A. My XDJ-RX is 2 weeks old and has been doing this for the last week.

Trouble Shooting:

I updated the firmware without issue;

I cleared my usb and reloaded it in rekordbox;

Used songs DL from BeatPro only.

Taking video? I tired but the problem is intermittent and wouldn't happen on demand.
