I have been after some help regarding my S9 and have had ZERO reply or response from Pioneer.

Yup. Moderators like @Pulse @Mark scour the forum as do some of the members of the Pioneer team overseas.
That said, keep in mind that using a forum isn't the same as submitting a Support Ticket. The forum is a means to have the community try and assist you, perhaps if other members are experiencing the same issue. Best practice is to use both the forum and submit a tech support ticket.

I don't recommend making a ticket as well, that just creates confusion. I'm working on your post now; closing this one.
