I came across this recent (August 2019) article on the forum titled

'How to recover music from an export device'

This is exactly what I need to do. However, When I try to import a playlist from the usb as per the article, it doesn't give me the option to import the audio files to my PC/hard drive. I use Windows 10. I have a screenshot of the options available to me but can't post it here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
