I'm having a similar issue with my rx2 (see my recent post). It isn't letting me update the firmware at all and get's stuck on the ”Connect USB storage device into top USB1 port.” screen.
Just wanted to leave a comment not post a whole new one, i have a 6 month old RR which has frozen up on several occasions, not enough to be a major problem but enough to be on my mind if im going to go out w it: i always keep an eye on file types quality length type of drive how long ie been going, one culprit was having an mp4 mixed in w my 3s and that did it, but after it still froze up here and there, my brothers cdj 900s have never froze up and theyre like 20 yrs old take care
