Our engineers have noted that there is an issue with certain 11th-gen Intel CPU based computers. Here is their advice:
- Search for apps and features from start menu and open the page
- Locate the MaxxAudio Pro and click to choose uninstall
- Download Realtek driver from this link.
- Run this file and install to the laptop. Follow on screen to complete. This driver will perform > remove existing driver > restart > auto run again > install new driver > restart.
- After complete the cycle, test again connect and disconnect headphone to test. It will auto switch and no need to set anything.
