Pioneer CDJ History not showing

Hello,

I am not able to see the history of my played sessions on any USB whether i play on CDJ 2000NXS or CDJ 2000NXS2... I'm also not able to see the history of the USBs on the Rekordbox on my MAC.

Knowing that this happened since like a year and half ago, and before that, history was working perfectly on the CDJ 2000NXS and showing properly on the Rekordbox.

Is there anything that needs to be done on the CDJ to enable history logging?
