When using "including cue points" you get the attached message (screen shot from rb)
When this is on you can export your song with the cues saved in rb. But you can not "update collection" to get your cues back into rb if the cues is saved to the device from your cdjs.
But the truth is that the "update collection" working perfectly when you make the cues on the cdjs and save it to the device like it always have done.
I think this message is confusing when everything working both ways.

I see this too, I don't get why that message appears.
When I am done with a set I plug my drive in, save history, sort by cue for the new cues added and "update collection" on the new cues only. Then when done RB forces a "re-sync" but everything is where it should be
not sure why they say "you cannot update collection"?
I'm going to leave this one on the back burner until the next release of rekordbox ... if at that time you're still having issues with this, please comment again on this thread.
