Recordbox 4.0 Crash upon opening

8) Is rekordbox crashing at all: Yes
8a) If crashing, is it resulting in: Error message "An unexpected error has occured" and creates crash log
8b) If not crashing, are there any error messages: Yes
9) Are you able to repeat / reproduce the problem: Yes

12) Provide as much detail of the issue here: I Have just tried to install Rekordbox 4.0.1 but as soon as I open it and it begins to scan my itunes collection the programme crashes with a "rekordbox has encountered an unexpected error" message and creates a crash file. This happens every time I attempt to open the programme and even persisted after uninstalling and reinstalling the programme
