Hello,
my REKORDBOX doesn't work anymore (unexpected error at start), since i updated to version 4.0.2.
At installation, i activated the performance mode for free trial of 30 days, but can't use it due to bug.
It left me 25 day for free trial, then already 5 days with a non-operationnal software...
PIONEER will extend the trial period to compensate the bug ?

Unfortunately, it is technically impossible to extend the trial days.
We would recommend users to purchase the license key if they like rekordbox dj and want to continuously use it in future because it would be much cheaper if they want to use it longer than 1 year.
If you do not to want to purchase it, we would ask you to wait until the release of subscription plan in December.
We are not sure what kind of issue you experienced, but some of crash issues will be fixed in the next update. More detailed information would be appreciated to diagnose your issues.

ola, thanks to you for the answer. i understand that it's not easy to modify trial timeout.
an update to fix bug will be provide only on december ?
I can't use this version of RB before your update, because each time i try to use it, "unexpected error" arrive by surprise, and RB close. Damned for me, the trial mode will be expired before i explore it.
Fortunately, i still have my old 2.2.4 version, provided on CD with my CDJs !

Do you use CDJ, DJM or DDJ compatible with rekordbox Performance mode? Please check if your DJ gears are compatible with Performance mode, which is different from former rekordbox versions, or only with Export mode, which is the same but updated version of rekordbox 2.xx and 3.xx, from the link below. If they are not compatible, it will not work with the Trial mode.

If you have a crash while rekordbox dj, please make an inquiry from the link below. We will be able to investigate crash log and find the root cause of the crash.

yes my CDJs are compatible (CDJ850K), but not responsable of the bug (because they are not connected when bug occurs)
