I have a problem with the right jog wheel on my ddj-rx. The unit is brand new and this is happening from the first day. I took it back to the store after 4 days and they send me to the service, they tested my unit and made sure of the problem but they don't give me a new unit. My PC computer specs or software dont have any problem as they tested my unit in the service as well.

Have you tried changing your USB cable? Also, try using a different USB port on your computer.
yes i've tried both of them. Problem still exists.
