relocate problems

Does it have the orange exclamation point to the left? Are you able to load the track to a deck?

i want to export or relocate but its not letting me

the tracks load and play with not orange mark

If you are able to load the track, it's not missing - why are you trying to relocate it?

You can't export it because you don't have a USB device connected to which you can export!

read this post thats why i want to relocate i lose my cues and loops when i just drag and drop them in another folder

Rightclick on the file itself and try -- if the file hasn't moved, and you can play it, then you clearly can't relocate it.

well you people at pioneer very skilled at contradicting each other 

on the first post i asked how to move a track from 1 file to another without losing cues and loops and the very clever people at pioneer told me to relocate it "using  the relocate tool" 

so not i ask you how to relocate and your reply is you clearly can't relocate 

so once agin how do i move a track from 1 file to another without losing cues and loops if this is even possible

YES - you can move your physical files to a new location and then use the relocation tool to find them.

NO - you don't need to relocate the file within rekordbox if it STILL PLAYS; it's not "missing" and doesn't require relocation. Clearly that indicates you haven't moved it.

right ok i have a folder called new tunes 

i have tracks in there from September that i have analysed and put all my cues and loops  and gridded correctly. ok are you still keeping up

now in October them tracks are NOT new any more and need to be moved to a different folder (such as house tech dance) i know this is very complicated for you people at pioneer

when i drag and drop a track in to a new folder outside of rekordbox it loads up and plays in the new folder but there are no cues or loops and the grid has gone back

in my first post someone from pioneer told me to use the relocate tool and the cues loops and grid would be saved but "CLEARLY" this can't be done

i can't make this any clearer HOW DO I MOVE A TRACK FROM 1 FOLDER TO ANOTHER WITHOUT LOSING THE CUES, LOOPS AND GRID

all the info you need is in this post so will you give me a straight answer ever if it is that pioneer has f*** up and this can't be done
