I can play my tracks but the skip beats and it's all over the place??

Open [Preferences] > [Audio] > [Audio] to check whether your audio device(DDJ-RX ASIO) is selected. If the device you use is set, reset the device. (i.e., select different audio device and then reset the audio device you use again.)

i still cant download the latest upddate though when in zipped file?

Firmware of DDJ-RX, ASIO driver or rekordbox?

I'm trying to download the firmware jar file

You can update the firmware(jar file) with following steps.

[Steps]

1. Turn off the power of DDJ-RX and connect it to a computer.
2. Turn on the power of DDJ-RX while pressing the SHIFT button and SYNC button on the left deck.
3. The Master Level Meter will flash.
4. Double click the new firmware(jar file).
5. Click the Start button in the Updater Program dialog.
6. When the progress bar reach to 100%, the update is completed.

Hello, who can interest you and help you find a solution: Last October I bought the DDJ RX driver that comes with its included REKORDBOX DJ software as this driver only works specifically with Rekordbox dj, my big problem is that this softweare from the Principle has been very unstable working which is blocked and frozen after being used for more than one hour live, it is very stressful this situation which is not good for beginners, I have been working for 20 years dj and never habia Faced a problem as terribe as this, I have a Macboock pro i7 with 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 is a new machine which works perfectly with Serato and Virtual, I have contacted by this same way to technical support of Pioneer, some of its engineers I have sent several recommendations and ways to fix my problem and nothing gives result I still maintain the big problem, first they tell me to remove OX Sierra and return to the Captain, I did and nothing, after I updated to its latest version 4.2.5 and nothing, Now finally tell me that there are two Mac softwares that do not work well maybe with rekodbox: MacBookPro11,4 and MacBookPro11,5 and so on ... an excuse and very bad constant justification, my humble opinion is that neither they know that this Happening with its new software REKORDBOX DJ, the most painful of all this is that it comes from the part of pioneer one of the most prestigious manufacturers of equipment for dj for many years, the truth no longer that to do or where to DIRIGIRME or to complain to me, my reality Current is that rekordbox dj is not prepared to work as SOFTWEARE FOR dj when gives this trouble guy every now and then frozen and leaving you half a section in ridiculous full parties. If anyone knows what to do or how I can do, please greatly appreciate your help. Thank you
