XDJ RX2 Firmware update issue
Trying to update from 1.3 to latest and all i keep getting is "Connect USB storage device to USB1"
I have tried 4 different USB sticks that all been formatted to FAT32. Its the correct .UPD file so i am a little lost
Help please

Did all of those steps on several occasions and still nothing.

Please check if you find the "XDJRX2.UPD" file at the root of the USB device.
If you have any other letters such as "XDJRX2.UPD(2)", please change the name to XDJRX2.UPD.

Yes was very careful i did that. Still just sticks on the same black screen with "Connect USB storage device to USB1"

USB1 port works fine when in playing mode so doesn't seem to be an issue with the port as afr as i can see.

When you formatted that drive to FAT-type file system, did you also format it for MBR?

That was the issue, didn't have it as a matser boot record but a GUID format... Cheers guys... all good now
