My Problem is XDJ-R1 and rekordbox

I have the same problem in my Ultrabook Asus.

For both of you - chances are your firewall is blocking the software from communicating (or you have the wired network connected at the same time as wireless). Read this thread for tips and more info.

Unfortunately my problem continues.

I disabled firewall, antivirus and SmartScreen Windows 8.1. Then reinstalled Rekordbox and the problem continues. The link icon will not appear. My Asus laptop is connected to the network XDJ-R1 with limited connection.

One things I have not tried is to use the CD that accompanies the XDJ-R1. I do not have a CD Drive. However I used the driver pioneer.com, Driver Software.

Tell if the CD is something that might help me?

No, the CD essentially contains the same files you've obtained from the Pioneer site as downloads.

Have you tried changing or removing the security on the wireless from the R1? Is your wireless network type on 8.1 set to Private / Home / Work or Public?

I changed the security of R1 in open state. Accessed the windows firewall and liberated access to all ports of entry and exit. Also changed the network to home. My problem still remains. What can I do? You know the protocols used? Can I capture a pcap for you to analyze. What do you think?

My problem continues. My notebook are in the R1 wireless network and the link icon doesnt appear.

I TRIED EVERYTHING, change the network type, disable the firewall and the antivirus, but nothing i do makes it work.

I tried to have a connection with the Rekordbox through my Samsung Mobile and Iphone Mobile, but it still doesnt work.

I could connect to the REMOTEBOX APP in the iPad and Iphone.

I guess that Rekordbox dont works with XDJ-R1 because I read at the forum about dificulties of many djs and i cant use the total porwefull of my sistem player of Pioneer.

I bought an Pioneer equipament that has a huge Rekordbox sign on the box and the communit says that dont works.

Please. Help Me with some patch firmeware update on the R1 or Rekordbox.
