DJM 900 NXS2 NO SOUND FROM USB AT ALL

I dont't get any sound from out of the Mixer when connecting it to my PC via USB. I must admit, that while playing around with the settings, I managed to get it to work for some time, but I can't reproduce the settings again.

* My Operating System is Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit incl. the latest updates.

*The programs I used:

-Recordbox

- VLC Player

- Spotify

(Worked with all three of them for some time)

* The Installations I did

- Firmware 1.20

- Driver1.000 28/Jan/2016

* Further:

1 The Mixer seems to be properly connected to the Notebook

2 Matched all the Bitrates in Device Settings, Recordbox and Installation Utility

3 As a consequence, on the Computer, everythings seems to work fine

BUT: Still no input to the Mixer. :(

Has anybody solutions to the problem? I apologize for the german language settings and my bad english!

This is not a Pioneer DJ problem!

The problem is that the DJM-900NXS2 is a device intended for use with ASIO device drivers which allow use of the multiple inputs/outputs. It's not the standard WDM or PCM drivers which are used by most applications (eg. Spotify, VLC). If you want to use those programs, you'll need to use something like Voicemeeter which can bridge the outputs from a standard application over to an ASIO device.

I believe you should be on 1.5, released in August 2016.

Thanks again, but that driver ist for the DJM 900 NXS, but the problem is related to the newer DJM 900 NXS2 ;(

Whereas I also believe that the problem ist related to the drivers, the entire situation is still mysterious: Sometimes Recordbox is working, sometimes also Spotify or the VLC player, but then i does not work again at all out of the blue. I connected a Macbook the the mixer and it was all simply plug-and-play for all of these programms. I*ll try Windows 7 64 Bit tomorrow on a third notebook.

When are you guys going to fix this problem? For well over a year I can not use the djm 900NXS2 as even a basic sound card in Windows 10. The only sound it will output is from Rekordbox.
