[TICKETED] CDJ 2000 Nexus loop doesn't work than the player blocked and unable to load

Do i need to bring it to the Pioneer support? 

Is the message E-8302 CONNOT PLAY TRACK(000D)

I will send this to the engineers and post their answer/question here. Are you using the newest version of RB, have you changed your OS/IOS?

Hello Djjay and thank you for your interest: the answer is yes for both your question.

I'm using Yosemite (Upgraded from Mavericks, not a clear installation) and just because you suggested, i remember i updated RB to 3.0.3 a few minutes before exporting my newest playlists.

Last time i exported on this USB key i was under Mavericks and RB 3.0.2, all summer long without any issue.

This issue has been ticketed with the engineers and we hope to get a response from you soon. If we require more information, we'll let you know. Thanks for your patience.

Now I'm not working with those players (my private ones) and I temporary chose to use again Traktor in my djsets to be more safe, but soon i will need to use again Pioneer and in the meantime I hope to receive an answer.

I have the same or a simillar problem. In attachment you will find my Mp3, they will crashed on it.

Sometimes i got this problem with loops, but in this case i would like change the track. The left Player just played a song via link USB on the right CDJ , while a choose a new track. The Right player will be load the new track and then it happens it was crashed with a message E-8302 CONNOT PLAY TRACK(000D) and then only a restart helps. I can slide between the different menu´s but if i choose a new track then i get in the endless the messenge now loading ...

Today after 15 min again ... I changed only the track .. in attachment you will find a video and the track ...

Concerning your questions;

I had two USB key: the "principal", where i always read files is a Kingston DataTraveler 3.0 Media, 128 GB

The second one is the "emergency", a Sony Storage Media Media, 16 Gb

The principal was inserted in the CDJ that started working bad with loops then gave the error, the emergency one was in the second CDJ that, unfortunately, was reading from the first one.

As i told the only thing I can imagine is that on the afternoon i updated my RB software at the "3" version: previously i had the last "2.x" version (i don't remember which one). I never had this issue before and always used the same configuration, same USB key.. 

MAYBE different songs... of course...

Sorry i don't understand, do you need the song or the data informations?

Anyway, the Key is MS.DOS (FAT-32) formatted.

If you ask me "why a so big Key" is because I have a big library.. i come from Traktor, i use to browse in many many folders and playlist.. so i had the idea to do the same with rekordbox but without computer.. but obviously i didn't started yet, because as you see only 111,70 GB are used.

The final suggestion i can give is that, before the disaster, I'm pretty sure that i noticed the loop not working one more time (BEFORE).

Maybe 6/7 songs before, but without any crash.

I didn't care of it because i only thought i was wrong in dong something... like I pushed the wrong button or the sleep button, then I went straight with my set.

You know, during a djset it's hard to make questions to myself if they are not so necessary... but maybe it should be better :D

In these weeks i had the same problem! I was playing a track on cdj 1 then i started a loop on cdj 2 but it went straight to the end! I stopped the song then cdj 2 crashed (media file error collapsed i remember). I changed song but it said now loading and nothing more... It happened with random songs, sometimes linked songs sometimes song that were in the USB connected to the same player. Firmware 1.22 and the latest version of RB

Anyone with these errors, please find the export database (located on your export device within the hidden PIONEER folder) and attach them on a reply here.

No, i haven't. I did't thinke about that because it was not always the same track. The issue seemed random.

sorry i can't find the export database. i see two folders: artworks and usbanlz. where is that?

Do you have your hidden files enabled? You should see the database within the Pioneer folder (which is hidden).

Yes, i have. I'm inside the PIONEER folder and there are these other two folders like i said before.

I'm on a Mac, i went to terminal to unhide the folders. There's a more rapid way?
