To prevent the song from playing when you load a track, enable auto cue by pressing and holding the auto cue button - you'll see A.CUE appear in the display. The menu setting you're talking about is basically whether the track is a single play or continuous, that's independent of the auto cue.

Having quantize enabled is what is making the hot cues not fire instantly - they will launch on-beat with the grid. If you disable the quantize, hot cues will trigger whenever you hit the button.

Hello Pioneer Dj,

Cannot load the auto cue in any ways that you have said above.

I have transferred the songs to USB drive. XDJ RX reads the songs, shows all the hot cues, I can work with the hot cues but neither the yellow light ever shows up in Auto Cue nor am I able to mark cue with the Auto Cue.

It works perfectly well with the Rekordbox sofware connected to my Mac. No issues with that.

I want to keep USB as backup to my Mac.

Also the songs dont show up in increasing order, the way it shows up in rekordbox,,, on the XDJ-RX.

@DJX5 > Did you enable Auto Cue on the deck by following the instructions in Jay's post above? If you want it to load to your first hot cue or memory point, you also need to set that in the XDJ-RX settings.

As for the song order, if you haven't re-numbered the track order on the playlist in question, it will go to the default order. Choose the order you want (by selecting the column, eg. BPM), then right-click on the column-headers and select Renumber track order.
