Rekordbox Dj crashes after update 4.02

I have a Pioneer DDJ-RZ controller and have installed rekordbox dj on a brand New laptop with Windows 10. Yesterday the program crashed while I was playing on a party !!! 2 days ago rekordbox dj was updated tot vs 4.02.
The past 3 years I used a ddj-rx with virtual dj and I did't had any problem using them.
Last 2 weeks I spent a lot of time in learning rekordbox dj. It''s not a bad program but not as good as vdj8 or serato.
After the crash last night I want to stop using Rekordbox. Is there a way to use my vdj8 with ddj-rz ? If not, I 'll bring back my ddj-rz to the store! At this moment it''s a bad idea for a professional dj to use rekordbox dj during a live set!

i am also experiencing some crashes also when i click on chugs under preferences, I'm using a mac

Same here with a new DDJ-RZ and windows 10/Rekordbox 4.02. Several tracks crashed during playback and caused a distorted noise on those channels. Sound from channels that were turned down in the mixer were playing trough the master outputs.. Closing rekordbox was the only solution. Just downgraded to 4.01 and it played for 20 minutes now without a problem. I will test more tomorrow.

Oh, and my laptop has worked flawless with Traktor Pro before (Dell Lattitude E6520, i5 with SSD). Got the DDJ-RZ last Friday, but haven't been able to use it because of the problems :-(.

Hello Keiko,

thanks for your answer. I'll sent you the dmp file tomorrow. At this time I don't want to work further with Recordbox. I don't want problems during playing at a party. I think you could understand this. I will only keep the DDJ-RZ with Rekordbox if there's a way to work with VDJ untill rekordbox has been tested in a good way. Can you please tell me if there's a way to work with VDJ ? If not, I bring everything back to the store.

I managed to get it crashing with 4.01, although it looked more stable. Activating vinyl mode made the tracks crash and het the distorted noise. Problem is at that moment there isn't a crashump generated because recordbox itself doesn't crash. I sent the zip file with all the info an a video to Support.
