Use the following steps:
- Unplug your RB
- Uninstall your RB driver
- Restart your PC
- Run any Windows updates you may not yet have installed
- SHUT DOWN (not restart) your PC
- Install the RB driver
- Restart your PC
- Open rekordbox
- Connect your RB
- Check the preferences
